The Parish Council meets every third Tuesday of the month except for August and December, in the Village Hall with meetings commencing at 18:30.
The agenda is posted on the website and on the central notice board outside the Village Hall. Members of the public are very welcome to attend the Parish Council meetings and time is set aside for a public forum during which members of the public can raise matters of concern to the Parish Council.

In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 ss 26 to 37, Fornham All Saints Parish Council at its meeting on 3rd July 2012, adopted the Suffolk Local Code of Conduct. The Council now adhere to the LGA Model Code of Conduct which can be viewed on the list of Policies and Procedures.
All of the Parish Council's Councillors have registered their pecuniary and non-pecuinary interests with West Suffolk Council and these are published on West Suffolk Council's website in accordance with the statutory duties as detailed under the Localism Act 2011.
